Good to share with you again. Hope all goes well. There are two new galleries on the site. Suspend your disbelief and enjoy 😳.
They were prepared a little earlier, but unplanned circumstances caused a short delay in publication. At last Covid caught up with me! Not to worry though, I sent it packing! 😂
Although I do not pretend to have solutions to the ‘chaos’ that currently surrounds us, increasingly I find myself drawn to explore further and reflect upon the human condition.
At the beginning of my adventure in photography, the well-known critique of some Street photography “random people, in random places, doing nothing in particular – so what?” struck a chord and for some time I abandoned the genre. Now I am drawn to exploring further my own interpretation of ‘Street’ photography, capturing images which explore the relationship between people and their surroundings. As I wander, the relationship/harmony between people and their surroundings regularly stirs my imagination.
Usually, though not exclusively, the images are shot on the urban stage. Crucially, as in the image below, the figures may not be visible in the picture, but I feel the presence.
