The journey goes on (if a little more slowly) and I thank you for joining me again.
The latest gallery Dimensions combines some new images with some that I have re-worked. Perhaps more correctly described as monochrome rather than black and white, the images explore light, shadows and contrast across a number of genres. Experimenting too with elements of infrared opened up opportunities to explore further what I see and imagine through the lens. Perhaps the simplest way to explain this ‘shift’ is to say that the processing is designed to raise the additional question of what might be there. To that end the softening of the contrast is deliberate.
